Status Update With Details

No Limits Coaster 2 is in the final stage and very close to being released. Most of the big critical bugs have been fixed. All the features have been added in and all that is left to do is write up the user manual and create some demo tracks. Here’s some screenshots to get your adrenaline going:

The following list is not complete and is of the features you see in the screenshots:

Some of you have requested information regarding the differences between standard and pro licenses. They will be listed below. If you decide to purchase a standard license and then decide to upgrade it to a pro license, there will be a difference of $59.99 for the upgrade. Now onto the differences:

Phyter (Kevin Stone) made a video demonstration another example of what’s possible with the scripting. He made a scenery object and a script that will attach the scenery object dynamically to the coaster car. The scenery object contains an animated texture effect.

* Poster screenshots are special screenshots with very large resolutions. The program will automatically create anti-aliased high resolution screenshots with optimal quality (without levels of detail).

  1. wow, neat! can’t wait! One thing you didn’t mention though, you said in the last post that there would be a discount for ones that already have NoLimits. I’m sure we all want to know how much it is, and how we can obtain the discount. Appreciate your response!

    • Hi Joshua, I would have to get back to you on that. I don’t have official word on the discount and it wasn’t brought up on the last update so I’m not sure what’s the status on that.

    I just lost a bit of an overview about the updates…

    So, did the Nl-team implemented an highmap import for terrain?
    Its not very important for me, because i can also asign a highmap to a 3d model, but in return i would loose lots of performance.

    especially when i mess around with world machine ­čśë
